The Polus Center Cluj is located on a site of over 25 hectares and will be the largest regional enclosed shopping and entertainment center in the market. The planned gross leasable area of the center is just over 60,000 m2. The center will host over 200 shops with a 15,000 m2 Carrefour as the main anchor tenant. The Center is 85% leased (Media Galaxy, Domo, Odeon Multiplex, Home Art Gallerie) just to mention the largest anchors. Parking for the center will be on-grade, and plans call for over 2,500 available spaces.
In addition to the hypermarket and other anchor stores, TriGranit will create a balanced mix of stores and profiles. The retail design will be 21st century, along with large skylights, theme courts and the highest quality operational systems. Polus Center Cluj is not just another mall, but also a regional mixed-use center with cinemas, entertainment facilities and theme restaurants. The project will also include a special events area, which has never been done in the market before.

The impressive and dominant presence of the Millennium Gardens project at the Property Investment Forum in Budapest, an annual real-estate event held in Hungary’s capital, was the final element of the project’s intense communications campaign during autumn. Within the framework of the campaign, Millennium Gardens was present in several online and offline trade magazines, at Expo Real, and in social media as well. In addition, a spectacular project film was created and throughout the autumn a strong LinkedIn campaign was carried out.
