Bonarka for Business Building H
Bonarka for Business – Building G
B4B business park is a project consisting of modern class A offices, consistent with the current highest standards, located in the heart of Bonarka City Center – a multifunctional city center in the Krakow Podgórze district, close to the historical center of Krakow and the city’s main arteries and to the Kraków ring road and A4 motorway. This city center project is a unique development on the Krakow retail and office market as it is a classic brownfield project – where a 19 ha industrial area had been turned into a modern business area. The first 7 buildings A, B, C, D, E, F and G are already completed and operates with high occupancy level. Due to regular increasing demands for new office spaces, TriGranit plans the delivery of further 3 office buildings in the near future. The last phase of the office complex, similar to the first 7 buildings, was designed in the original urban layout, providing guests and customers with easy access to the offices with open public space that gives the opportunity to organize outdoor events and user activity. The class A office buildings will provide more than 35.000 sqm GLA office spaces and was designed with the current highest standards. All the three buildings are characterised by exceptional architecture, high quality fit-out materials, flexible space arrangements, excellent daylight access and eco-friendly technologies, therefore all the buildings have been already certified by BREEAM and gained very good level. The construction of the eight-storey Building H, offering 10.000 sqm GLA office space has already started in October, 2017, while the construction of Building I and J will likely start in 2019 with 10,000 sqm GLA each Ultimately Bonarka for Business will offer 10 office buildings with a total leasable area of 95 000 sqm with a value of EUR 200 million.
We are proud of TriGranit winning the “Concept of the Year” award with its Millennium Gardens development at the Property Investment Forum in Budapest in November.
The impressive and dominant presence of the Millennium Gardens project at the Property Investment Forum in Budapest, an annual real-estate event held in Hungary’s capital, was the final element of the project’s intense communications campaign during autumn. Within the framework of the campaign, Millennium Gardens was present in several online and offline trade magazines, at Expo Real, and in social media as well. In addition, a spectacular project film was created and throughout the autumn a strong LinkedIn campaign was carried out.
