Bonarka for Business Building H
Bonarka for Business – Building G
Building H is the 8th element of the Bonarka for Business (B4B) office park, one of the most recognizable office complexes in Krakow, Poland situated in the Podgórze district. The construction of the Class-A office building has started in October, 2017. At final completion in Q2 2019, building H will offer its future tenants approx. 10,000 sqm GLA modern office space as well as 209 parking spaces with the highest standards, extending the whole B4B to a 75,000 sqm GLA complex. The 8-storey development will have a facade half made of glass and at a later stage, it may be connected directly to building I and to building J through special footbridges. This building has received, for the current stage of the project, a BREEAM® certificate at the ‘Very good’ level and will receive the final certification after completing the construction and interior design for the individual tenants. Modern technical solutions to be equipped in the facility include dual power supply, generator, building management system (BMS), access control system, 24-hour security, CCTV, reception, two staircases and four high-speed lifts. The third-generation VRF system for cooling and heating with slot air diffusers along the windows will be also installed in the building. As in other facilities, there will be suspended ceilings, raised floors and floor-boxes. The complex is located in a developing city area next to Bonarka City Center retail and entertainment center surrounded by large greenery, residential estates and other business developments. The location is unique from the perspective of public transport as well: it is close to main Krakow arteries and the Bonarka train station.
We are proud of TriGranit winning the “Concept of the Year” award with its Millennium Gardens development at the Property Investment Forum in Budapest in November.
The impressive and dominant presence of the Millennium Gardens project at the Property Investment Forum in Budapest, an annual real-estate event held in Hungary’s capital, was the final element of the project’s intense communications campaign during autumn. Within the framework of the campaign, Millennium Gardens was present in several online and offline trade magazines, at Expo Real, and in social media as well. In addition, a spectacular project film was created and throughout the autumn a strong LinkedIn campaign was carried out.
