Bonarka for Business – Building G
Building G is the 7th stage of the B4B class A office complex, located in the heart of Bonarka City Center – a multifunctional city center in the Krakow Podgórze district – close to the historical downtown of Krakow and the city’s main arteries and transport hubs.
Building G has received occupancy permit in January 2017. This eight-storey class A office building was built on the special needs of its tenant, Euroclear, the Belgium based financial services company and will provide 10.000 sqm GLA office space. Euroclear was a formal tenant in Building C since 2012 and decided to expand.
The high standard areas in the new office building include structured cabling, two staircases and fire protection, access control and DSO (sound warning system) systems to its tenants. The building has been certified by BREEAM, which evaluates buildings for their friendliness to the environment and future user comfort and gained very good grade.
The Bonarka City Center offers the office workers of the Bonarka for Business lots of services and facilities, that can make their everyday life easier. 260 shops, service areas, restaurants and a Cineplex movie complex are available for B4B workers in the Bonarka City CEnter just in front of B4B. B4B office complex is truly a city within the city.
Ultimately Bonarka for Business will offer 10 office buildings with a total leasable area of 95 000 sqm with a value of EUR 200 million

The impressive and dominant presence of the Millennium Gardens project at the Property Investment Forum in Budapest, an annual real-estate event held in Hungary’s capital, was the final element of the project’s intense communications campaign during autumn. Within the framework of the campaign, Millennium Gardens was present in several online and offline trade magazines, at Expo Real, and in social media as well. In addition, a spectacular project film was created and throughout the autumn a strong LinkedIn campaign was carried out.
