Arena Centar is the largest 4th generation shopping and entertainment center in Zagreb, situated close to the city center and parallel to the main highway leading to the Croatian coast. A recent study conducted by GfK Croatia – Market Research Center showed that Arena Centar is the favourite shopping spot for 65% of the Croatian capital’s residents.
It is a shopping and entertainment hub featuring modern architecture and cosmopolitan ambience. Among the 210 retail stores are the three top global fashion retailers — INDITEX/Zara, H&M and Mango. There is also XYZ — the premium fashion multi-brand store, C&A, New Yorker, Mass, Elipso, Intersport, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Marks & Spencer, United Colors of Benetton and Springfield. Arena Centar acted as a gateway into the Croatian market for many international brands such as: KFC, Desigual, RIP CURL, KFC, Columbia, Zara Home, H.E. by Mango, LPP brands – Reserved, Cropp, House, Sinsay, Mohito and Lego Store. In addition, there is an almost 8 000 m2 Interspar hypermarket. The best entertainment center in Croatia offers a 10-screen Cinestar multiplex including the first regional IMAX, Gold Class and 4DX exclusive cinemas, Game World casino and a kids’ playroom.
Arena Centar also features a modern food court with several fast food and sitdown restaurants. Arena Centar is a top food spot with food court featuring 10 restaurants and 8 cafes with 350 seats and variety of traditional, Asian and Mediterranean cuisines.

The impressive and dominant presence of the Millennium Gardens project at the Property Investment Forum in Budapest, an annual real-estate event held in Hungary’s capital, was the final element of the project’s intense communications campaign during autumn. Within the framework of the campaign, Millennium Gardens was present in several online and offline trade magazines, at Expo Real, and in social media as well. In addition, a spectacular project film was created and throughout the autumn a strong LinkedIn campaign was carried out.
